We love all of our clients at Studio One, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Late Cancellations

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.

Wet Hair

COVID-19

We are looking forward to welcoming you back into the salon. To help maintain a safe environment we ask that you wear a mask, use sanitiser available, bring as little belonging with you and come alone where possible.

Along with this we can’t at the moment have a waiting area, we ask you to wait outside or nearby.

Our cleaning routines continue to be high, sanitising stations between clients and tools.
