Nestled central on Shore Street Anstruther, Dana Wood, owner of Studio One prides herself in having a fantastic freelance team that offers incredible treatments and unbeatable customer service, at affordable prices for over 11 years now.
What started off as a self employed hairdresser renting a chair Dana has grown significantly in both experience and reputation. Dana is part of the session team for tony and guy at London fashion week and has a team of self employed girls in the who all bring something different to the salon.

I have been in the industry for over 17 years
I worked with Charlie Taylor’s before starting my self-employed journey which gave me tons of experience and allowed me to explore different areas of working in a salon. I started working at Studio One in 2010 and became the owner in 2015.
I Love everything hair!
I became part of the session team for Tony and Guy at London Fashion Week in 2019 which has been an amazing experience for me.
My passion is event/wedding hair.

I have been in the industry over 17years.
Trained in Anstruther and worked in the town before working with Charlie Taylor.
I became self employed at Studio One over 11 years ago and haven’t looked back since, I am so lucky to have so many loyal clients that have become part of my life over the years and getting to work with my best friend and the girls is a dream come.
I love everything in the salon from colour to gents.

I have been in the industry for over 13years.
Training with John Allan in St Andrews, and I loved the buzz of the salon.
After few years of getting experience in a few different salons, 6 years ago I started my self-employed journey at studio one. My enjoy a real mixture of everything from colour, cuts and hair ups. I love meeting new people and making friendships is just a bonus!
